The product is a full oil-filled sealed-type, which is the same principle as sealed-type power transformer. The basic elements of amorphous alloy are component of iron, nickel,cobalt, boron, carbon and etc.

 

The transformer with amorphous alloy core for magnetic materials has the advantages of low no-load loss,very thin with only 0.027mm thickness.an isotropic soft magnetic materials, magnetic power is small, there is no male hinder domain wall motion of structural defects is extremely thin, only 0.027mm, and the positive rate of electricity is 3-6 times higher silicon, and 5 times harder than silicon.

 

The amorphous alloy materials are particularly sensitive to the stress.

SBH15-M30-1600/6 -10 series are decreased by 15% in load loss based on GB / T6451 standard values, and loss decreased 70 in unload loss based on GB / T6451 standard I value.
